This document is an overview of tasks available for use in our jobs to process data. Click on the task name for additional help on using the task.

Remove junk/placeholder values from any attribute for the purpose of cleaning or to facilitate other tasks.

TASK	DESCRIPTION
Acquire leads or contacts	This task can find new leads or contacts using a data service provider from the Marketplace.
Advanced Math	Perform advanced mathematical calculations using operators and functions.
Aggregate by	Aggregate, or group, records and operate on the group by summing, finding the min, max, etc.
Append	Pull attributes into the job from another data source using a matching attribute.
Append address and place information	This task can find address and place information using a data service provider from the Marketplace. **Documentation coming soon
Append company details	This task can pull in account level information using a data service provider from the Marketplace.
Append lead or contact details	This task can fill in lead or contact details using a data service provider from the Marketplace.
Ask AI	This task is used to send a prompt to an AI service and receive the results.
Assign value to range	Assign a numerical value to a range based on ranges that are defined in a reference data source.
Automated Acquisition	Allows you to define which records should be queried from vendor files based on Contact and Account criteria.
Call Simple REST API (Webhook)	This task can make a simple API call to an external service for each record that meets the task filter. Calls can be made using GET, POST, PUT, or DELETE.
Change attribute type	Change the attribute type to another type with a new field name.
Change text capitalization	Change the capitalization of any string attribute to one of four formats: lower case, UPPER CASE, Camel Case or Sentence case.
Classification and tagging	Assign one or more values to any record that matches the filtering criteria.
Combine attributes	Combine values from multiple attributes into a single attribute.
Company name clean up	Clean up company names to remove or expand words like Inc, Corp., change to camel case and remove most special characters.
Concatenate Attributes	Concatenates one or more attributes and can add free form text.
Contact information parsing	Extract contact names, company name and address from one or more input attributes.
Custom Metrics	This template is designed to aggregate field level data and perform calculations on the aggregated data.
Data Redaction and Hashing	Mask, change or scramble an attribute for data security.
Date and time normalization	Normalize different dates and timestamps to the same output format.
Date Calculation	Calculate a new date by adding/subtracting a fixed amount of time, calculate the difference in time between two dates, calculate the amount of time from one action to another.
De-duplication and merge	Find duplicate records within a single Data Source using a specified matching method.
De-duplication and merge against master data	Identify duplicate records from two different data sources. i.e. compare records from a list to your Marketo database.
Eloqua Manage List Members	Manage Eloqua List Members. **Documentation coming soon
Email address format fix	Clean up email addresses with an invalid format.
Email verification	This task can verify email addresses using a data service provider from the Marketplace.
Export: add/update	Export data from a Data Source to a Data Target.
Export: Create Manual Data Source	Using data in Openprise, create a manual data source (also within Openprise) for later processing or reference.
Extract domain from email/URL	Extract Domain from Email/URL.
Fill empty attribute	Fill an empty attribute A using a value from another attribute B.
Filter Records	Filter records from the incoming data source. This is a no operation task.
Find unique values in string	Remove duplicate values within any string attribute.
Generate ID	Generates an id using UUID with optional leading and/or trailing string.
Generate normalization reference	Generate a reference data source to be used by a normalization task.
Get Company from IP Address	Fetch company details from IP Address **Documentation coming soon
Get search results	Use web search engines like Google and Bing to find URLs and other information.
Group and Select	Quickly identify groups of records by matching on one or more attributes or filter groups of records down to one individual record.
Infer value	Use a reference data source to infer a value for attribute A using a known relationship between attribute A and attribute B.
Lead to account matching	Match lead records to existing account records by matching on company name and/or extracted domains.
Marketo custom activities	Create custom activities in Marketo using a Marketo Data Target.
Marketo Manage List members	Add or delete people in a Marketo list.
Marketo Manage Program Member	Add, update or remove members from Marketo Program Members.
Marketo merge leads	Merge Leads in Marketo that have been de-duped using the De-dupe and Merge Task.
Marketo Submit Form	Upsert form submittals to Marketo using submit form methodology.
Match, Retrieve, Analyze	Evaluates data when compared to vendor's data; designed to be used with the Targeted Enrichment app.
Merge data sources	Merges multiple Data Sources into an output Data Source with user-specified mapping between attributes.
Microsoft Dynamics Add CampaignResponse	Create CampaignResponse records associated with an Account, Contact, or Lead. **Documentation coming soon
Microsoft Dynamics Close Opportunity	Close Opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics as won or lost.
Microsoft Dynamics Manage List Members	Manage list members in Microsoft Dynamics.
Microsoft Dynamics Merge Entity	Merge records in Microsoft Dynamics.
Microsoft SQL Server Export	Export data from a Data Source to a Microsoft SQL Server Data Target. **Documentation coming soon
MySQL export	Export data from a Data Source to a MySQL Data Target. **Documentation coming soon
Pardot Assign Users to Prospects	Assign users to prospects in Pardot. **Documentation coming soon
Pardot Manage List Members	Add, Update or Remove a Prospect in a Pardot List.
Permute records	Use a multi-value attribute's values to separate one record into multiple records.
Phone number normalization	Reformat a phone number to any of the 3 supported formats.

Redshift export task	Export data from a Data Source to an Amazon Redshift Data Target.

Search and replace text	Find and replace any part of a text, whether whole words, partial words, or phrases.
SFDC Assign Object to Territory	This task allows jobs to create and update records in the ObjectTerritory2Association table. **Documentation coming soon
SFDC Convert Leads	Convert SFDC leads to contacts.
SFDC Manage Account Contact Role	Add or update records in the AccountContactRole object in Salesforce.
SFDC Manage Account Team Member	Add, Update or Delete SFDC Account Team members.
SFDC Manage Campaign Members	Add, Update or Delete Salesforce leads or contacts in Salesforce Campaign Members Data Target.
SFDC Manage Opportunity Contact Role	Add or Update the OpportunityContactRole object in Salesforce that links Opportunities and their associated Contacts.
SFDC Manage Opportunity Team Member	Add, Update or Delete SFDC Opportunity Team members.
SFDC Merge Records	Merge duplicated SFDC lead, contact, and account records.
Simple Math	Perform simple calculations on whole or real attributes.
Simple Replacement / Normalization	Using a Reference Data Source, replace or fill an attribute in Data Source A with a lookup value from Data Source B.
Sub-string	Parse out a sub-string of an input string.
Text translation	Translate data from one language to another using a data service provider in the Marketplace.
Trim String	Trim leading and trailing spaces from an attribute.
Upload file	Upload Openprise data into a supported cloud storage service as Excel or CSV files.
URL format clean-up	Clean up URLs with invalid format and/or excessive information.
Word parsing	Extract individual words in a string by position.
