View Outputs
There are four ways to review outputs.
1. View an output from a specific task. Click on the task and select View Output Data.
Use the filter section to create a filter and display specific results.
2. Select Actions, View Outputs.
This will take you to another screen where you can click on a specific task and select View Data.
3. Select View Output within the task editor to review results for the selected task and all preceding tasks.
Toggle back to the task editor by selecting Edit Task.
4. Select the Run Report icon from the Jobs page or click Run Report from the task editor. Use the Run Report to see details of all of the Job Runs.
Click on Details next to the date/time that you’d like to review, then scroll down to see the details of each task which will show you how many records were in each task and how many changes were made as well as the run time for each task.
To view outputs for a specific task, click on the most recent job run, select a task name and select View Output. NOTE: you can only view task outputs from the most recent job run.
Viewing Outputs
Use the table column section to populate your table with results from each attribute. Click into the Table Column section to see a picklist of attributes from your job.
Fill the Visualize Spaces checkbox to see a bullet in the data where any spaces reside.
Reorder columns by grabbing the column letter header and dragging it to the desired position.
Sort by ascending or descending order by clicking on the arrow next to the column header name.
Change the filters to view changes more easily.
- Select the plus symbol to add a new filter. Select the minus symbol to remove a filter.
- Select AND to change the filter to an OR logic.
- Select Add Filter Group to create filter groupings. Click on any of the AND boxes to change the logic to OR.
Actions
Select the Actions button in the top right corner of the screen for additional options.
Download data
Select Download Data to download outputs. Name your file and save it as either a CSV file or Excel file.
Dowloaded files can found in Data > Downloads.
Create Saved Search
Create a saved search of the output report. Click Save to save your search description.
Output reports will be available in the Saved Searches section.
Report Details
Highlight a specific row in the report and scroll down to see all attributes associated with the record in the Details section located at the bottom of the page.
Select the Table Rows dropdown, above the Table Columns section, for more options.
Search Results
This is the default view, which shows records from your job.
Attribute Summary
Select Attribute Summary to see statistics based on aggregated functions: average, sum, mode, min, max, range, standard deviation.
Data Quality
Select Data Quality to see information about the quality of your input data source: has no value, % no value, unique values.
