Bug Fixes

  • Added phone numbers as return attributes for Cognism data services
  • Fixed issue where some trigger configurations are not generating alerts 
  • Fixed issue where SFDC exports with large attribute values could result in HTTP requests above the request limit

November 3, 2019 - Patch

Enhancements

  • Enhanced support for Marketo Custom Objects for import
    • To import Marketo Custom Objects, you are required to specify a Marketo static list. This is due to the fact that the custom object's query API is limited in its filtering methods and we have determined that using a static list is the most flexible in terms of usage.
    • Given a static list, Openprise will import all the custom objects for each one of the Marketo people in the list.
    • If you want to pull every single custom object record for a given custom object, simply create a static list that has all Marketo lead records in it.
  • Enhanced support for Marketo Custom Objects for export to create new custom object records or to update existing custom object records
    • Note that creating a new custom object record requires no mapping for Marketo GUID attribute and value for any dedupe fields specified for the custom object to be unique.

  • Fixed issue where subsequent updates to a manual data source is not being considered
  • Fixed issue where Pardot List Membership is timing out on Pardot side due to too many records within the requested timeframe

  • Fixed issue where boolean attributes created within Openprise and used in Export may be sending the incorrect raw value to target system like Marketo. Note that any boolean attribute brought into Openprise do not have this problem.
  • Fixed issue where GetEmailIO data services may become stuck when scheduled in a Bot

  • Maximum number of Tasks per Job is now set as 30. Existing Jobs with more than 30 Tasks will continue to work, but adding new Tasks will be prevented

  • Fixed issue where D&B enrichment may fail if there are 20 consecutive records that did not find a match in D&B based on the criteria sent
  • Fixed issue where import fails when importing exponential formatted numbers (ie 1.92E+04) when configured to use whole numbers

February 8, 2019 – Openprise 2019 Release 1

New Features and Enhancements

  • Beta Release of Virtual Data Integrator
    • Virtual Data Integrator (VDI) is a chrome browser extension that works with the API Factory to enable a user to interact with any browser-based application. Here are 2 primary use cases:
      • Display in the VDI data from other parts of the application or other systems in the context of the application page being viewed. For example, while viewing a Lead record in Salesforce, display the SFDC account matched to the lead record, account owner, current opportunities, as well as other data from the help desk or financial system that are matched to the Lead or the associated Account, all without having those data being persisted in SFDC
      • Dynamically fetch enrichment or validation from any Data Marketplace service and return the data to a webhook or to automatically populate the form. For example, while editing a Salesforce Account record, the VDI can perform a match against Dun & Bradstreet to display matched companies and even automatically insert the D&B data into the form
  • GDPR Data Deletion
    • Given a list of emails, this feature allows you to remove any record in Openprise that has the email in the record even if the email is not in the email field itself
  • New Salesforce Objects Support
    • Support for the Salesforce Case, Account Contact Role, Opportunity Contact Role, and Campaign Influence objects has been added
  • New Task Templates
    • SFDC Manage Account Contact Role task template to enable creating, updating, or removing account contact roles in Salesforce
    • SFDC Manage Opportunity Contact Role task template to enable creating, updating or removing opportunity contact roles in Salesforce
    • Date calculation task to enable calculating the elapsed time between 2 date fields or calculate a new date based on an existing date field and an offset
    • Simple math task to enable simple math calculations (e.g. addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) between 2 whole number or real number fields
  • API Factory Enhancements
    • API-enabled Jobs can now process multiple requests at the same time instead of being restricted to 1 request at any given time
    • Additional task templates are now allowed in an API-enabled Job
  • New UI Elements
    • Openprise UI is updated page by page – for a preview of what the future would look like, check out the Admin pages.
  • Other Enhancements Worth Mentioning
    • CSV data sources can now import CSV files 1 at a time
    • Data sources can now push attributes to Jobs in bulk from the map screen – particularly useful when adding new attributes to a data source used by many jobs as the input data source
    • You can set access expiration dates for any user in the system – particularly for the Support Administrator user
    • Support for Percona databases and MySQL databases (only AWS RDS MySQL servers was supported before)
    • New and improved UI for managing job attributes
    • CSV data sources can now choose the delimiter – particularly useful for tab separated values or pipe character separated values
    • Text translation task now returns the detected language if the auto-detect was selected for the source language

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue with import when some records have fields that have too much data in them such as notes or description fields
  • Fixed issue with Search and Replace task where the search string cannot have leading or trailing spaces
  • Fixed issue with Eloqua export when only updating email address field
  • Fixed issue with Job run reports where the report is not showing the start time of the job while it is still running
  • Fixed issue with Concatenate task when using fields that have special characters in their field names
  • Fixed issue with Pie chart analytics where some charts show a pie slice with a label of 0
