  • Fixed issue where ZoomInfo data service's authentication credentials expire during job execution and is not refreshed.

  • Fixed issue where users cannot pick and choose the Visitor Activity Types in Pardot Visitor Activity data source configuration.

  • Fixed Change Text Capitalization task to always keep the word capitalized after a hyphen even in camel case specifically. For example, Mary-Jane will continue to be Mary-Jane instead of Mary-jane after using camel casing.

  • Fixed issue where Deduplication and merge task treats deduplication criteria of exact match with 0 (zero) in whole number attributes as ignored and do not find duplicates.

  • Fixed issue where Date attributes are not exported correctly to SFDC when more than 50 attributes are mapped in the export task.

  • Added internal import retries for Marketo when encountering ECONNRESET errors from network peers.

  • Increased SFDC import polling time for SFDC systems with slower responses. For example, sandboxes or systems with lots of attributes or massive data in attributes.

Announcements

Openprise is proud to announce many new and exciting features in 2018 Release 2, including Timeline charts, Dynamics connector improvements, Data Marketplace integrations, and more complete data assessments for Eloqua users.

Additionally, in keeping Openprise system terminology relevant and easily understandable, some of the terminology used within Openprise will change:

  • Workflows will be called Bots

  • Pipelines will be called Jobs

  • Rules will be called Tasks

New Features and Enhancements

  • Fixed issue where the GDPR Filter in the configuration screen shows up as enabled when it is actually not

  • Fixed issue where a CSV related data source import may never complete if the source system have no new updates

  • Fixed issue where some production mode pipelines' output shows unexpected data.  This happens rarely.

Beta Features:

We are excited to release the following Beta features and we’d like your help to try them out! Please contact us if you’re interested in these Beta features as they will need to be enabled for your environment.

  • API Factory

  • Any pipeline in Openprise can now be made into a REST API that allows users to call from Marketo (as webhooks), SFDC (as triggers), product code, or any system that can make REST API calls such that the results of the pipeline run can be returned to these system based on the input data passed in the call.

  • API Documentation that shows sample request and response is available for any API enabled pipelines

  • Example use case:

  • For any new Marketo leads coming from a form fill, a Marketo webhook to Openprise can be part of the flow action that cleanses and enriches the form data at the time the record is added into Marketo.

  • Chrome Extension

  • An Openprise extension that allows web form interaction with API Factory enabled pipelines.

  • Example use case:

  • A salesperson looking at an SFDC lead and wants to cleanse, enrich, and map to existing accounts can do so by opening the extension on his / her browser, and in a click of a button, have the cleansed, enriched, and mapped values populated back to the lead.

Announcements

  • Openprise is upgrading its Google Drive integration from API v2 to API v3 in the next major release, targeted at the end of Q1 2018. As a condition to the upgrade, Openprise is required by Google to obtain an additional access privilege to manage Google Drive with the same read and write capability. Actions are required to ensure Openprise operations with Google Drive continue without disruption. Please follow the instructions detailed in this page.   • We have officially retired the old open data "Reference – Countries v1.0 (Do not use)".  Please use "Reference – Countries – Multilingual" if you have any rules using the retired open data.

Enhancements

  • Search and replace rule now allows for replacing with "new line" character in addition to user entered text or "blank"

  • Updated "Reference – Countries – Multilingual" with new fields to help with efforts to identify EU records

  • Membership – blank, G20, or EU to help identify the countries that are part of EU and G20

  • Top Level Domain (TLD) – all the top level domains such as .uk to help identify countries using email domains

  • Updated "Reference – States, Provinces, and Regions" with new timezone fields

  • Fixed issue where rule filters that use the "Use case sensitive search" option is not saved properly causing only case insensitive searches in rule execution

  • Fixed issue where Upload File rule sometimes do not auto-refresh access token to the target system and causes upload error

  • Get Search Result rule now has tracking attributes in the output data source to better show status
