Announcement regarding AI
We have an exciting update about the AI features within Openprise. Over the past year, your active participation and invaluable feedback during our Beta program have been instrumental in shaping the roadmap. Thanks to your partnership, we have refined, stabilized, and scaled our AI infrastructure. We are proud to announce that the Beta period for our AI features will officially end on December 31, 2025.
Effective on January 1, 2026, our AI features will move to General Availability and will be integrated into a usage-tier based pricing model. This step is essential for us to continue investing in the underlying technology, ensure performance and reliability at scale, and continue developing new features based on your continued feedback.
Please know that our new model is designed to provide generous access for all users while supporting the needs of our most active customers. Here is how it will work:
Free Tier: Every tenant will receive 5,000 free calls per day at no cost and this includes calls to the Openprise LLM or to any external AI models. We anticipate this will cover the needs of the majority of our users.
Paid Tier: For usage exceeding 5,000 calls per day, you will move into our paid tiers with each tier providing a fixed number of calls per day. This ensures that power users have uninterrupted access and dedicated performance.
Please review and understand your usage along with your customer success manager and customer account manager to get a better idea on the paid pricing model. Note that if your usage is below the 5,000 calls per day limit, you do not need to take any action.

Announcement regarding IP addresses to whitelist
We have an important update regarding our IP addresses. We are adding new production IP addresses that will need to be whitelisted in your various source and destination systems (such as Salesforce, data warehouses, databases, sFTP servers, etc...) for your convenience.
To ensure uninterrupted service and prevent any bot failures, please reach out to your CSM for the list of IP addresses and add them to your whitelist by February 1, 2026. Please note that data source and data target configuration may also encounter issues if your source systems require IP whitelisting.
