This article covers how to suspend a users access to Openprise after they have left their organization. Suspending users can be done by the System Administrator or a member of the Openprise Customer Success team.
Users should only be suspended after:
- a new replacement user has been created in Openprise, and
- the new replacement user or existing user has been assigned as an owner to all objects (e.g. jobs, bots, data sources, data targets, etc) previously owned by the suspended user
How to suspend users
Navigate to the top menu bar and select Administration > Users
- Use the search bar in the top left corner to search for the user
- Click on the user tile > Configuration
Select the 'Suspend User' button to suspend the users access to Openprise. Then click Save in the bottom right corner.
The user will be labeled as 'Suspended' on the User Details page. The users tile will be highlighted in orange and labeled as 'Suspended'.
