Users

Each Openprise user must have an Openprise account to access the platform. Users must also set user roles to gain accessibility to some or all Openprise features. Access existing user permissions, and create new Openprise user roles using the Users feature. 

Navigate to Users by selecting Administration in the menu bar, and then clicking the Users tab.

Manage Openprise account users, API users, and App Factory users all in one place by selecting the appropriate icons on the top right corner of the Users tab.

1. Use the Users icon to manage Openprise account users. 
2. Use the API Only icon to manage Openprise API users.
3. Use the App Factory icon to manage App Factory users.
