BriteVerify Data Service

Create BriteVerify Data Service in Openprise

Navigate to Data -> Data Services.

Select Add Data Service.

Set up the BriteVerify Data Service

  1. Data service name:  set the data service name
  2. Description: (optional) provide a description of this data service
  3. Data service administrators: assign administrators for this data service
  4. Labels: (optional) select a label or labels for this data service
  5. Select technology: select BriteVerify as the technology
  6. Add Account Information: Select a registered account, or add a new account using your BriteVerify credentials. **see below for how to add a new account
  7. Select entity: select if you're using the BriteVerify data service for email or phone verification BV Entity.png
  8. Enable test mode: selecting the test mode option allows for testing with no direct calls made.

To add a new Account, follow the steps below:

  1. BriteVerify Id: Selected at account set up, usually an email address.
  2. API key: Found in BriteVerify app                                                                BV API Keys.png 
  3. Use Public key: Default is no.  Here is more information to help you determine if you’d like to use this feature: https://knowledge.validity.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407473214619-Public-Keys-for-the-Real-time-Single-Transaction-API

You will now see a new Data Service tile created on the main Data Services screen in Openprise.
