Filter and sort data sources, data targets, data services, projects, jobs, and bots to find specific objects in Openprise.
Data Sources
The default filter applied on the Data Sources page is Data Source Type = Externally Linked Data Sources. Select the filter option (shown below) to change filters.
A pane will appear on the left hand side of the screen
- Select the data source type section to change to All data sources or manually managed data sources
- Select Add filter to add additional filtering criteria. You can set criteria for Last Import Time, Created Date, Created by, Labels, ID, or Source Technology
An example filter is shown below. Please note: criteria are AND'd
Data Targets
Select the filter option to apply filters.
A pane will appear on the left hand side of the screen
Select Add filter to add additional filtering criteria. You can set criteria for Last Export Date, Created Date, Created by, Labels, ID, or Source Technology

Data Services
Select the filter option to apply filters.
A pane will appear on the left hand side of the screen
Select Add filter to add additional filtering criteria. You can set criteria for Created Date, Last Call Time, Source Technology, and Labels

Projects
Select the filter option to apply filters.

Select Add filter to add additional filtering criteria. You can set criteria for Created Date, Last Modified Date, Labels, and ID

Jobs
The default filter applied on the Jobs page is My Jobs only. Select the filter option (shown below) to change filters.
A pane will appear on the left hand side of the screen
- Select the toggle to grey to include all jobs or toggle it to blue to filter for my jobs only.
- Select Add filter to apply filter criteria
You can set criteria for Last Modified Date, Last Run Time, Created Date, Total Run Time (minutes), Created By, Labels, ID, and Status.

Bots
Select the filter option to apply filters.

Select Add filter to add additional filtering criteria. You can set criteria for Last Modified Date, Last Run Time, Created Date, Total Run Time (minutes), Created By, Labels, ID, and Status.
