Openprise can assist in deleting records from data sources, manual data sources, and job/task outputs to enforce GDPR controls and protect EU data. Navigate to the Administration tab located at the top of your menu bar and select the GDPR Data Delete tab.
Click the Add Request button.
- Type in an email(s) to source records. If you are listing multiple emails, separate each email by a comma.
- Write a description to provide additional context to your request.
- Click Execute to submit the request.
Submitted Requests
Once a request has been submitted, it will appear on the GDPR Data Deletion Request page.
- Filter by - Filter submitted requests by week, month, quarter, year or all.
- Request ID - Unique ID generated by Openprise. Hover over the information icon to read the description.
- Request By - User that made the request.
- Request At - Timestamp of when the request was submitted.
- No of Emails - Number of emails listed in the request.
- Status - Status of the request (e.g. in progress, completed).
- Started At - Timestamp of when the requested was started.
- Completed At - Timestamp of when the request was completed.
- Records Deleted - Number of records deleted.
NOTE: The time it takes Openprise to delete records depends on how many emails are listed in the request and the number of records that need to be deleted.
