For systems that separate leads and accounts, it’s hard to identify when leads should be converted and attached to an account.
Openprise enables multiple match methods so that new leads entering the database can immediately be identified if they belong to an account.
Openprise designates high and low confidence matches. High confidence matches have the option of automatically converted to contacts and attached to the appropriate account while low confidence matches can be flagged for manual review and initiation of conversion operation.
Prerequisites
- Data Essentials is a requirement prior to Lead-to-Account Matching.
- We also strongly recommend that Account Deduplication be implemented prior to Lead-to-Account Matching to assure that leads can be attached to the right account and that there are no conflicts between duplicate accounts.
