Purpose
Allows you to define which records should be queried from vendor files based on Contact and Account criteria.

NOTE: THIS TASK TEMPLATE DOES NOT USE THE INPUT DATA SOURCE IN THE JOB, UNLIKE OTHER TASK TEMPLATES
Field Description
1. Action Description: Provide a description for the action.
2. Value: Type the value you'd like to search (default is exact match)
3. Gear Icon: Gear icon turns green if you've used the "add values from DS" option and remains grey if only the value option was used.
4. Add Values from DS: Select this option to add values from a data source

Reference data source: Select the data source to be used

Attribute to pull values from: Select the attribute in the selected data source to be used in search criteria
5. Use Contains Search: Select this option to use a contains search (example below)
6. Match Blank: Allows for matching on blank values
The below example will look for values of “Prescott”, “Cottonwood”, or blank in the City field where the State is Arizona or AZ.

The input data source has no bearing on this task template or subsequent tasks in the job.

The manual entry and pull from data source features CAN be used on the same field

Matching from Automated Acquisition to vendor file is exact and case sensitive.

For example: If searching Software Engineer
