Run Configuration Tools is used to make sure a cloned project or project recipe is configured correctly.
Select the gear icon to access the tools.
Available tools: Attribute Mapping Tool, Credentials Configuration Tool, Documentation Tool
Attribute Mapping Tool
- Project object: Highlight the project object to access the attributes associated.
- Attributes in the object: Map the attributes to your new object.
- Propagate Changes: Select this option to update the changes you've made.
Credentials Configuration Tool
- Project objects: Select the object that you'd like to set credentials for
- Authenticated As: Select the authenticated as button to set up your credentials and verify
- Save: Select save to save your new credentials
Documentation Tool
There are two tabs in the documentation tool: Names & Descriptions and Labels & Admins.
NAMES & DESCRIPTIONS
- Object Types: Select the object you'd like to edit.
- Edit Name or Description: Edit the Name by selecting the Edit Name icon as shown below and/or edit/add a description by typing in the description section.
LABELS & ADMINS
- Object Types: Select the object you'd like to edit.
- Labels: Add Labels by clicking in this section and selecting a label(s).
- Admins: Click in this section to select additional administrators to be added to your object(s).
Actions Options
There are some additional options located under the Actions dropdown.
The actions drop down allows for applying/removing your added labels and/or admins to all objects in the project.
Error with Project
If there is an error when cloning a project or project recipe, the gear icon will turn red and you will see an exclamation point as shown below.
Select the gear icon and then select Run Configuration Tools
The section with an error will be shown in red with a Repair button. Select Repair.
On the left side of the screen you will see a red exclamation point next to the project object with an error, highlight it to see more details. As shown below, the issue is a credential error which requires entering the correct credentials by selecting the Please Enter Credentials button.
Audit Log
At the top right of the Configuration Tools screen is a View Audit Log option.
Select View Audit Log to see audit details for your project.
