Best Practices for when you’re ready to send data back to a system

  1. Job has been fully tested and outputs reviewed in Openprise
  2. Review data target for accuracy (check attribute selection and export parameters)
  3. Start with a small subset of records to test the export (can change depending on what process you are exporting, some examples are listed below). A good example would be starting with around 10 records to check if fields have write permissions or if any errors are encountered.

    3. Lead records that are greater than 2 years old (created data before 2020)
    4. If the test meets your requirements, slowly open up the export of records until you feel confident that the job is working as expected
    5. Automate!
