Error: Error while running job. {errorCode:4001, errorMessage:Maximum allowed records in a duplicate group is 10000. 10xxx records found in a duplicate group.}

This error shows up when the Openprise user attempts to merge a duplicate group with more than 10,000 records.

 

Remedy: There are two ways to address this issue:

  1. Use the De-duplication and merge task template multiple times.  To see how this is accomplished, please read THIS ARTICLE
  2. Use the Group and Select task template. Select all records which filters the data set down to duplicate records only. Then, if needed, you can use a dedupe task for greater flexibility in merging those duplicate records. Click HERE for more information on this task template.
