  • Updated user interface to provide a more consistent and modern interface
  • Added fields to D&B data services such as transaction id, continental region, and match quality information fields

  • Added phone verification for BriteVerify data services using the Phone number verification task template
  • Added better handling of industry codes for Targeted Enrichment app by splitting one industry code into NAICS and SIC codes for mapping

Bug fixes

  • Fixed issue with Search and replace task template when there are multiple actions that read and write to the same attribute
  • Fixed issue with Date calculation task template where the output date/time is changed to a 12 hour format if and only if the source type is a fixed value

August 18, 2024 - Q3 Release 1

New features and enhancements

  • Released BETA of Openprise LLM as a new data service source which provieds our users a simple way to utilize and automate Gen AI processes within Openprise via the Ask AI task template.
  • Added folder path wildcarding to the Open Connector for Amazon S3
  • Added the retrieval of label data from Google Calendar data source

Bug fixes

  • Fixed issue with Snowflake's OAuth authentication
  • Fixed issue with Eloqua exports when an attribute's name has trailing or leading spaces

June 23, 2024 - Q2 Release 2

New features and enhancements

  • Added new Webhook capability as a task template which enable users to call out to simple APIs using key based authentication with crafted payload using attribute values within the data source and finally parse the response into attribute values
  • Added SFDC's UserTerritory2Association object for import
  • Enhanced Oracle DBMS and Snowflake connectors to enable import filters

Bug fixes

  • Fixed issue where SFDC merge records could result in merging too many records causing the merged record IDs to be lost due to character limits
  • Fixed issue with Eloqua import filters where some operators could result in bad queries
  • Fixed issue with Ask AI task template where non-default OpenAI GPT models are chosen
  • Fixed GA4 imports where sometimes long running imports may fail

 

May 25, 2024 - Q2 Release 1

New features and enhancements

  • Added Snowflake native connector for importing and exporting directly without using Open Connectors

  • Added Gainsight PX connector to import from and export to the Account and User object
  • Enhanced the S3 connector to allow using full paths to files instead of buckets and folders such that only access at the leaf level is required
  • Enhanced the Search & Edit and List Loading apps such that only records belonging to the logged in user is viewable

Bug fixes

  • Fixed issue where only string attributes can be used in the Ask AI task template's prompt string

  • Fixed issue in Targeted Enrichment app where annual revenue are shown in E notation

 

March 30, 2024 - Q1 Release 1

New features and enhancements

  • BETA release of Automated Acquisition
    • Automated Acquisition consists of 2 new task templates - Automated acquisition and Reveal acquired contact data
    • Automated acquisition task template allows admins to configure a set of contact acquisition criteria which will bring back a set of qualified records that have masked values
    • Admins can then configure jobs to validate the records (ie required fields are present, required values are present, records not in suppression list, etc...)
    • Upon validation, any validated records with a configured acquisition flag set to true can then be purchased through the Reveal acquired contact data task which reveals all masked values
  • BETA release of Targeted Enrichment
    • Targeted Enrichment consists of a specialized App Factory app that displays a set of records which can be enriched by the Openprise platform in a simple cart like UI for delegated users to select the records to purchase enrichment
    • The UI shows each record with attributes that can be enriched and whether the value can fill in a blank or if it differs from the existing value
    • The goal of the Targeted enrichment app is to enable self-service for delegated users to choose specific records to enrich in a meaningful and productive manner 
  • New task template D&B Full Family Tree is now available for Customer Success Support Admins to configure on behalf of customers that want to purchase full family trees of specific companies via Dun & Bradstreet
  • New task template Ask AI is now available for any customers that have OpenAI's ChatGPT credentials such that automated tasks can be configured in the task using prompts
  • Enhanced Ramped Up data service to support acquiring technographics data as part of the enrichment process
  • Enhanced Open Connector such that complex JSON objects returned from Open Connectors will be imported with a main data source and a reference data source consisting of child elements to the main JSON object
  • Enhanced SFTP data sources to support PGP encryption and decryption of files imported and exported
  • Enhanced Dynamics data sources to support resync import operation

Bug fixes

  • Custom metrics task template is now available for all customers (previously only available via Customer Success Support Admins)

  • Added Location object to Salesforce data sources
  • Fixed restoring process of data source archivals
  • Fixed issue where SSO users may have their obsolete Openprise passwords expire
